Q: The light is on but there is no mist.
A:1. Please check if the essential oils are used out, If there is still small amount of essential oil, please removing the oil leakage plug from the essential oil bottle to try again.

A: 5-15ml bottles, (20ml bottle also can be used, but it cannot be covered with a dust cover.)
Q:What if the atomizer cannot take out from the diffuser?
A: Please screw the essential oil bottle back into the atomizer to easily remove it.
Q: Is this diffuser rechargeable?
A: No, the waterless diffuser does not have a built-in battery and cannot be charged. ( to ensure it’s use life more long.)

Directions
